RESERVERINGSREGELS

Deze regels hebben betrekking op de mogelijkheid om een squashbaan, te reserveren via het internet. Als zodanig vormen ze een aanvulling op de bij Meersquash Algemene Leveringsvoorwaarden en de bij Meersquash Leeuwarden gebruikelijke omgangsvormen.

De mogelijkheid om via het internet te boeken is geen recht maar een privilege dat onder opmstandigheden kan worden ingetrokken. Dat gebeurt bijv. indien er voortdurend “voor alle zekerheid” wordt gereserveerd.

Inschrijving in het systeem houdt in dat de betreffende speler/deelnemer ermee akkoord gaat dat zijn/haar adres-, speel- dan wel gebruiksgegevens worden bewaard voor eventueel gebruik in de de bedrijfsvoering Sportcitadel Leeuwarden. Sportcitadel Leeuwarden zal deze gegevens echter nooit op enigerlei wijze aan derden ter beschikking stellen. Feitelijk bewaarder van de gegevens is Baanreserveren.nl, dat moet worden beschouwd als uitvoerder van Meersquash, zoals bedoeld in de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens.

Ingeval van een verschil van mening geven de gegevens, zoals deze in het reserveringssysteem werden vastgelegd, bepalend.

Gebruikers van Baanreserveren.nl worden spelers genoemd.

Een reservering kan alleen worden gemaakt door een ingeschreven speler.

Om ingeschreven te worden, dient men een geldig e-mail adres te hebben. Dit e-mail adres wordt op het moment van inschrijven gecontroleerd op geldigheid.

Spelers kunnen “passant” of “lid” zijn. Een passant krijgt de losse baanhuur in rekening gebracht. Een lid krijgt eventuele toeslagen toegerekend.

Een reserverende speler wordt geacht zijn medespeler op te geven. De speler kan daarbij gebruik maken van een lijst van alle andere ingeschreven spelers, een lijstje van de mensen met wie hij of zij recent speelde, of door te kiezen voor de optie “medespeler is geen lid” In het laatste geval wordt de medespeler behandeld als “passant” en is de losse baanhuur van toepassing.

Spelers worden behandeld op grond van hun status op het moment van spelen. Loopt een abonnement af tussen het moment van reserveren en het moment van spelen dan wordt een reservering niet geweigerd, maar wordt de betreffende speler beschouwd als “passant” en is de losse baanhuur van toepassing, Speelt een “lid” met een “passant” dan krijgen beide hun eigen kosten in rekening gebracht.

Spelers (leden en passanten) mogen reserveren binnen een reserverings”horizon” van 8 dagen (dus “vandaag” voor “gisteren” volgende week.

In piektijd mogen leden maar een keer spleen. Heeft men al gespeeld en is er een vrije baan dank an de receptie toestemming geven voor een tweede speelperiode.

Van elke reservering ontvangen speler en medespeler per e-mail een bevestiging. In deze bevestiging staat vermeld wat de eventuele kosten zijn.

Reserveringen kunnen ook weer via het internet worden geannuleerd. Van een annulering krijgen beide spelers per e-mail een bevestiging, waarin ook melding wordt gemaakt van eventuele annuleringskosten.

Annuleringskosten worden opgeslagen totdat een van de betrokken spelers weer een reservering maakt. Dan worden de totale reserveringskosten mbt een geannuleerde reservering (dus de kosten voor beide spelers) aan deze speler in rekening gebracht.

Een reservering die binnen 30 minuten weer ongedaan wordt gemaakt, wordt beschouwd als een vergissing, er worden geen annuleringskosten in rekening gebracht.

Wordt een reservering binnen 12 uur voor de aanvangstijd van de gereserveerde speeltijd geannuleerd dan worden annuleringskosten in rekening gebracht.

De annuleringskosten zijn gelijk aan de losse baanhuur.

Wordt een geannuleerde “slot” door andere spelers gereserveerd dan vervallen de annuleringskosten. In dat geval stuurt het systeem een e-mail met deze mededeling.

Admission to the property and facilities/clubs are reserved.

By participating on Play Padel outdoor courts, you understand the contact nature of the sport and understand the risks associated therewith.

Any person entering the facility/clubs (” the property”) and/or utilising any of the facilities on the property (” facilities”) shall do so entirely at their own risk. Neither Play Padel ,the shareholders nor operators of the property and facilities/clubs or any of their directors, insurers, prescribed officers or employees shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury (bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, disease, death), accidental or otherwise or any other loss of any kind of other loss, to any property of or suffered by any person howsoever arising or by whomsoever caused any manner connected with the use of the property and/or facilities, whether any such liability, claims, and demands result from the act, omission, negligence, or other fault on the part of the shareholders, operators, directors, prescribed officer or employees of Play Padel , and agrees to indemnify the aforesaid parties for all liabilities or losses incurred in connection with their use of the property and facilities, without limitation.

Refunds/returns Policy

Should you, for any reason wish to cancel your online purchases, you will be held liable for a 15% handling fee. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).  Play Padel endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products/merchandise; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). Play Padel reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Should Play Padel reduce its price on any shipped products within ten working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund, you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.
